At Soiree by Mo, we carefully create each item with love and attention. As a small business: we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds.

Order Cancellations & Confirmation

• Orders can only be cancelled if they have not been processed.

• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we pack your items once we have your details and confirm by sharing tracking information.

• For bank transfers, orders are confirmed once we receive your payment screenshot.

• To check your order status, please contact us via WhatsApp or Instagram DM with your order ID.

Shipping & Delivery

• Local delivery: 5–7 working days (may vary during Ramadan or festive seasons).

• International delivery: Customers bear the shipping cost; delivery times may vary.

• We take extra care while packing your order, but cannot be held responsible for any damage caused by the courier.
