Terms and Conditions

1. Placing an Order

You can place an order through our website or by sending us a message on Instagram.

• Website orders are confirmed automatically.

• Instagram orders are confirmed manually once we respond.

2. Payments

We accept Cash on Delivery and bank transfer methods (Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, and bank transfer).

• For bank transfers, you must send a clear screenshot of the payment receipt. Your order will be dispatched once the payment is verified.

• Orders above PKR 10,000 require advance payment.

• We currently do not offer customised orders.

3. Processing & Delivery

We ship nationwide through Rocket Couriers and Blue Ex.

• Standard processing time: 5 to 7 working days

• During Ramadan or due to unexpected circumstances, processing times may be longer.

4. Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges.
