Important Updates: All orders placed after 19th May will be delivered after Eid

Due to rising fuel costs, our delivery charges have been revised to Rs. 250.

1. Placing an Order

You can place an order through our website or by sending us a message on Instagram.

2. Payments

We accept Cash on Delivery and bank transfer methods (Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay and bank transfer).

For bank transfers, you must send a clear screenshot of the payment receipt. Your order will be dispatched once the payment is verified.
Orders above PKR 10,000 require advance payment.
We currently do not offer customised orders.

3. Processing & Delivery

We ship nationwide through Rocket Couriers and Blue Ex.

Standard processing time: 5 to 7 working days
During Ramadan or due to unexpected circumstances, processing times may be longer.

4. Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges.
